Hannah Midzuk-Labe and Eytan Labe are the JLIC Jerusalem Community Engagement Coordinators.
Eytan and Hannah Labe bring together a powerful combination of passion for Jewish education, leadership, and community building.
Eytan has a decade of experience in informal Jewish education, having rebuilt and led Bnei Akiva Cape Town as its Head, worked as an Informal Jewish Educator at Herzlia Schools, and most recently served as the Coordinator of Diller Teen Fellows Cape Town. Alongside his community roles, he excelled academically, completing a Business Science degree in Finance with Accounting at UCT.
Hannah’s journey combines academic excellence in biomedical sciences and neurophysiology with extensive leadership and teaching experience. She has taught Jewish Studies and Tefillah at multiple schools, worked as a leadership facilitator for Bnei Akiva, and contributed to both Jewish and secular educational spaces. She brings warmth, adaptability, and a deep commitment to fostering Jewish identity and growth.
Together, Eytan and Hannah are dedicated to creating a “home away from home” for students — spaces of connection, learning, and inspiration. Their shared vision is rooted in Torah, community, and a love for Am Yisrael.
